Role Description

 

A Customer Success Manager responsible for building strong relationships with Low-touch customers, ensuring they achieve value from our products, and providing expert-level consulting services. You will act as a trusted advisor, assisting customers with onboarding, implementation, optimization, and strategic planning. This role requires a mix of technical expertise, consulting experience, and customer success best practices to drive adoption, retention, and customer satisfaction. A Customer Success Manager focuses on renewals and reducing churn, ensuring customers stay engaged. Duties also include conducting group and/or individual learning events of GRAPHISOFT and related products and coordinating and leading Implementation services to assist new and existing accounts requiring higher level expertise and advanced industry insight. The Customer Success Manager has regular liaison sessions with the Business Unit core functions including sales, technical support, marketing, customer success, and product.

 

Job Description

 

  • Customer Management:

Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, ensuring they achieve their desired outcomes.

Drive customer adoption by delivering tailored recommendations and best practices.Conduct business reviews and consulting, as needed, to align customer goals with product capabilities.

Provide direct support as needed (at customer sites, etc.) and technical guidance.

  • Customer Enablement:

Lead customer onboarding, consulting, and implementation projects, ensuring smooth adoption of solutions.

Offer training sessions, workshops, and enablement resources tailored to customer needs.

Lead physical and virtual demand generation activities as requested including but not limited to seminars, accredited training events, trade shows, etc.

  • Cross-Function Collaboration

Engage and grow the local user community and customer success stories for publication by increasing GRAPHISOFT profile in concert with sales and marketing initiatives.

Collaborate with the sales team to present the latest features and information of the product to new and existing customers.

Partner with Sales to identify expansion opportunities and ensure long-term retention and reduced churn

Monitor market trends and provide input to Product Management of local requests for new functionality and sales opportunities as well as gain expertise in relevant AEC segments

Communicate regularly with the Business Unit functional for process improvement and business strategy.

Collaborate with Product and Marketing team to Manage the localization of Product and presentations, content creation and localization of websites and documents related to the product.Analyze and report user requests to inform product management
