A Sales Administrator at Graphisoft plays a crucial role in supporting the sales team and partners by handling administrative and coordination tasks. The position ensures the smooth operation of sales processes and accurate data handling, which are essential for Graphisoft’ s regional sales activities.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide sales support activities for both partners and Graphisoft’ s sales team, facilitating efficient sales operations.
  • Take over administrative tasks from Partner Sales Managers, allowing them to focus more on field activities.
  • Manage and enhance partner data, including data collection and cleaning within sales systems.
  • Maintain partner-specific folders and documents in SharePoint.
  • Monitor the status of partner deliverables, such as licenses through GSPOS and the Partner Portal and communicating with partners when issues arise.
  • Assisting Partner Sales Managers with ad-hoc sales operations requests.
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks, demonstrating strong organizational skills.
  • Interact with all levels of management, communicating effectively both verbally and in writing.
  • Coordinating with Graphisoft HQ’s Order Management team to track order statuses and resolve discrepancies, if any.
  • Maintaining up-to-date customer and partner information in relevant databases.

Requirements:

  • Strong English language verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency with office software, especially spreadsheets and collaborative platforms (e.g., Microsoft Teams, SharePoint).
  • Analytical skills for data management and reporting.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple prioritiesTeamwork, dedication, and a commitment to excellence.
  • The candidate should have a diploma or bachelor's degree in business administration, commerce, or a related field.
  • Experience in administrative, customer service, or sales support roles is advantageous.
