About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Senior Account Executive (AE) to drive new business acquisition and account growth across all segments in the USA. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional who can balance velocity and complexity – building pipeline, closing net-new business, and expanding relationships across a mix of SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable with transactional sales and multi-stakeholder opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close, with a focus on acquiring new logos across SMB, mid-market, and enterprise accounts in the architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) industries.
- Develop tailored account strategies that align to customer size, industry needs, and growth potential—balancing short-term wins with long-term expansion opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline through outbound efforts, inbound leads, events, and referrals.
- Lead customer discovery sessions and product demonstrations to uncover business pain, align value, and drive urgency to act.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Product to deliver a seamless buyer journey and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Achieve or exceed sales quotas across segments by effectively prioritizing deals and maintaining disciplined pipeline management.
- Maintain accurate CRM hygiene, forecast with precision, and contribute insights on deal progression, market dynamics, and customer feedback.
- Represent the customer internally by providing feedback to enhance our go-to-market, product roadmap, and messaging.
Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of B2B software or SaaS sales experience with a proven track record across a variety of deal sizes and customer segments.
- Demonstrated success in both net-new acquisition and expansion within existing accounts.
- Strong sales fundamentals including prospecting, discovery, solution selling, and negotiation.
- Comfortable navigating different deal motions—from high-velocity SMB cycles to more strategic mid-market and enterprise opportunities.
- Experience in the AEC industry or vertical SaaS is a strong plus.
- Familiar with value-based selling and sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or similar.
- Proficient in CRM tools like Salesforce; disciplined in forecasting and pipeline management.
- Resourceful, collaborative, and goal-oriented with a strong customer-first mindset.

The base pay range for this position is about $98k- $118k USD plus eligible commissions.
