We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive (AE) to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth across Brazil. This role focuses on selling a SaaS based technology platform and expanding our presence within the Architecture,Engineering, and Construction (AEC) ecosystem. The ideal candidate is a proactive hunter who thrives on building pipeline, closing net-new business, and developing long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced and competitive technology environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing primarily on acquiring new customers (new logos) across Brazil.
• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to land initial SaaS deals and expand customer value over time.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline through outbound prospecting, marketing generated leads, industry events, and partner referrals.
• Conduct discovery calls, product demonstrations, and consultative sales conversations focused on solving customer challenges.
• Collaborate closely with Sales Operations, Solution Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure successful deal execution and customer onboarding.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting or exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate opportunity tracking, pipeline management, and forecasting using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Understand the Brazilian market landscape, including competitive dynamics and regional opportunities.
• Provide feedback to leadership, product, CS and marketing teams regarding customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers, including executives, technical leaders, and procurement stakeholders.
Qualifications
• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in software or SaaS.
• Proven track record of consistently closing new business and generating revenue growth.
• Experience selling technology solutions into architecture, engineering, construction, or related industries is a strong plus.
• Strong hunter mentality with excellent prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Experience working with CRM systems such as Salesforce for pipeline management and forecasting.
• Familiarity with modern sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar frameworks is preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent Portuguese is required; English proficiency is strongly preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-growing and dynamic technology environment.
