About the role:
The BDR is responsible to build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities within the (AEC) market, promoting Graphisoft/Nemetschek product ecosystem.
This role sits at the heart of growth, combining outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and ownership of smaller deals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect target accounts through phone, email, and Sales Prospecting Tools (e.g. Linkedin sales navigator or Cognism)
- Generate, qualify, and score inbound and outbound leads.
- Book qualified meetings for Account Executives and provide full context to ensure high-quality sales conversations.
- Create, manage, and track opportunities in the SalesForce CRM, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting.
- Manage the full sales cycle for small/mod size deals (up to €25–30K sales invoiced) including qualification, value proposition, negotiation, and closing.
- Contribute to outbound campaigns in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
Profile & Experience:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a BDR, SDR, or Inside Sales in a B2B environment, ideally selling software or technology solutions.
- Solid understanding of the BIM ecosystem and the AEC industry.
- Strong prospecting skills, confidence on the phone, and a results-driven mindset.
- Native French is required; good written and spoken English is a big plus.
Skills & Tools:
- Strong command of B2B prospecting techniques (cold calling, email outreach, social selling).
- Professional use of a CRM, ideally Salesforce.
- Knowledge of Archicad or an equivalent BIM/CAD software is a strong advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Hunter mentality with a strong focus on results and performance.
- Highly organized, rigorous, and able to manage a high volume of leads.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- Team player with a strong desire to learn and grow quickly.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Number of leads generated and qualified per month.
- Number of qualified meetings held by Account Executives.
- Volume and value of opportunities created.
- Revenue closed on directly managed deals (under €25–30K).
