We’re seeking a confident, hands-on People Services Manager to manage HR operations in Nemetschek Group Brands across Australia and New Zealand. Acting as the local go-to HR partner, this role ensures flawless execution of global and regional HR initiatives while providing pragmatic, day-to-day support to business leaders and employees. Based in Sydney or Melbourne, you’ll work closely with our Nemetschek, Planning & Design Division and Graphisoft HR teams globally, to deliver people programs that align with global standards and local needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the local HR contact for Nemetschek Group Brands’ ANZ employees and leaders.
- Implement global and regional HR programs, ensuring compliant and effective local delivery.
- Ensure flawless local HR operations and compliance with Australian and New Zealand regulations.
- Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies that align with ANZ business priorities.
- Drive HR development initiatives locally to enhance employee experience and support retention.
- Oversee internal talent movements and coordinate onboarding as appropriate.
- Drive local culture and engagement activities, ensuring strong connection to company values.
- Manage employee relations, compliance, and labour relations with professionalism and sensitivity.
- Advise management and global HR colleagues on labour relations, potential risks, and locally compliant solutions.
About You
- 8+ years of generalist HR experience, ideally in a multinational environment.
- Solid knowledge of Australian and New Zealand employment law.
- Capable of working independently and making sound decisions locally.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable collaborating across time zones in a matrix organization.
