Your tasks include:
- Active and multichannel prospecting, including cold calling, email, social selling, networking, and professional events.
- Organizing and conducting regular client visits across the territory to qualify needs and demonstrate solutions in coordination with pre-sales.
- Managing full sales cycles (prospecting, demonstration, negotiation, closing).
- Building a strong and forecasted pipeline aligned with quarterly goals.
- Close collaboration with the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team to run targeted campaigns on strategic accounts.
- Maintaining CRM, rigorous reporting, and active participation in sales meetings.Competitive intelligence and feedback from the field to feed commercial strategy.
Skills & Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in hunting / new business.
- Experience selling complex software solutions (SaaS, BIM, CAD, ERP, etc.).
- Good knowledge of long sales cycles and multiple stakeholders.
- Ideally, knowledge of architecture, construction, or real estate sectors.
- Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), prospecting techniques, and collaborative tools.
- Native/bilingual in French, good verbal and written skills in English.

- True hunter: motivated by opening new accounts and closing deals.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, good listener, and field-oriented.
- Ability to work in project mode with cross-functional teams (marketing, pre-sales, support, etc.).
