Job Purpose
- Develop and provide training materials and resources for Graphisoft products to facilitate effective product use and knowledge transfer.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for non-technical customer needs, acting as a bridge between customers and sales.
- Contribute to customers onboarding process and Graphisoft products adoption to help them achieve their business goals.
Key Tasks
- Help to develop training materials and resources
- Assist with onboarding new customers, including training.
- Conduct regular check-ins and gather customer feedback.
- Monitor customer health and proactively address concerns.
- Document customer interactions and feedback on CRM systems.
- Support identification of upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Marketing) to improve customer experience.
- Maintain and update community contributions, ensuring relevant and helpful content for Graphisoft customers.
- Develop and strengthen relationships with both new and existing customers to foster engagement and reduce long-term churn
- Help develop customer success best practices and resources.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or technician’s degree in MEP disciplines or equivalent practical experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and empathy.
- Proficiency in German and English, additional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to learn CRM and customer success tools.
- No prior professional experience required; customer-facing experience (including internships or student jobs) is an advantage.
