Our UK business is growing, creating an opportunity for a proven new business closer to join our team as New Business Account Executive. This is an ideal role for a sales rep looking to step into a field base role using strong lead generation, opportunity qualification and deal closing skills to impact our new business growth. This person needs to be driven, setting the pace each day with outbound activity to drive meetings and demos to showcase our solutions as a market leading software. The New Business Account Executive must be comfortable asking questions to challenge and understand a customer’s needs to establish a value message for our solutions to best resolve their issues and drive their business forward.
Responsibilities:
- Drive lead generation and qualification of enquiries for assigned territory.
- Engage, Nurture, Develop and Grow business in the SMB AEC space.
- Take customers from first sale, and account management through the first 12 months of their journey with Graphisoft®.
- Collaborate with Customer Success engineers to show value of solution aligned to customers needs.
- Create and maintain a pipeline of live opportunities to deliver against assigned revenue goals.
- Maintain Salesforce CRM to accurately represent pipeline, Sales stages and forecast of business on a rolling 12-month basis.
Requirements:
- 3+ years’ experience selling subscription based software, preferably into the architectural or construction engineering market.
- Demonstratable sales skills to include prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, managing objections and closing of new business in a software environment.
- Ability to create and use data to identify market opportunity and report accurately on sales activity.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in the English language.
- Ability to work collaboratively and be supportive of the team environment.
- Motivated, self-directed and results oriented approach.
- UK Right to work, Valid UK license and ability to travel within UK/I.
- S.T.E.M. based degree is a plus.
