JOB SUMMARY
- Source, recruit, and successfully onboard new channel partners within the designated territory.
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with channel partners to drive revenue growth and achieve targeted business objectives.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and execute the business-to-business go-to-market strategy by acquiring new channel partners, while guiding, coaching, and mentoring existing partners.
- Design and implement effective sales methodologies and demand generation strategies to support partner success.
- Support partners in achieving or surpassing assigned sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Stay up to date with local industry standards, systems, trends, and competitor activities; leverage Salesforce to accurately track and report customer trends and projected sales.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams—including sales, customer success, software, marketing, and technical support—to ensure partner and customer expectations are met or exceeded, and to drive brand awareness and sales pipeline growth.
- Act as the voice of the channel partners within internal leadership discussions, providing feedback and translating customer insights into actionable product and business improvements.
- Travel to partner and customer locations as needed to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships based on trust and collaboration.
- Manage complex issues involving multiple stakeholders, including channel conflict resolution and contract negotiation.
- Regularly report key sales metrics to the line manager or relevant department head and flag any deviations from targets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Proactive and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Skilled in managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines.
- Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, training, and management abilities.
- Willing and able to travel as required.
- Candidates must have a stable internet connection and access to a quiet, distraction-free work environment.
- Preference will be given to candidates based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
