The Partner Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and developing our channel partners in the Nordics region. This role requires a strong background and proven experience in channel sales. The individual will drive day-to-day partner engagement at multiple levels, ensuring strong alignment on business objectives and delivering sustained revenue growth. Key responsibilities include forecasting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), annual planning, and joint selling into strategic large accounts.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Manage and develop our channel partners in the Nordic region, ensuring delivery of agreed revenue and growth targets.
  • Lead day-to-day business engagement across operational, tactical, and strategic levels within the partner organisation.
  • Drive co-selling activities with the partner into high-value strategic accounts.
  • Conduct quarterly business reviews (QBRs) to assess performance, address challenges, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Develop and execute annual joint business plans with the partner, ensuring alignment on goals, initiatives, and investments.
  • Deliver accurate and timely forecasts, ensuring pipeline integrity and visibility.
  • Act as the primary point of escalation for the partner and resolve complex business or operational issues.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform partner strategy and positioning.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical Support, Customer Success) to maximise partner performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Represent the partner’s voice within the company, providing actionable insights to influence product development and go-to-market strategies.

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, architecture, engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in channel partner sales, strategic account management, or business development, preferably within the AEC software/SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record managing high-value strategic partners and delivering sustained revenue growth.
  • Preferably strong knowledge of the AEC market, including CAD/BIM solutions, workflows, and ecosystem partners.
  • Exceptional relationship management, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
  • Comfortable engaging at C-level as well as operational levels within partner and customer organisations.
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, and able to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrix environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in a Nordic language is an advantage.
