Job Purpose
We are looking for a creative and motivated Technology Partner Marketing Trainee to support our co-marketing initiatives with Graphisoft’s Technology Partners. This internship provides hands-on experience for students who are passionate about marketing and eager to contribute to real-world projects that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and lead nurturing.
The trainee will play an active role in planning and launching technology partner webinars, as well as developing joint case studies in collaboration with our partners and clients. The role involves close cooperation with internal teams such as copywriting, media and graphic design, marketing automation, localization, and reporting—offering a comprehensive view of integrated marketing practices in a global tech environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and setup webinars using the GoTo Webinar platform, schedule and conduct rehearsals with speakers, and manage webinar premieres with all presenters, help to publish 'watch-on-demand' localized webinar content.
- Create tasks and subtasks using Jira and manage the timely delivery of visual copies, registration, and watch-on-demand pages (web banners, web agendas, and email copies) with the media design, copywriter and marketing automation teams using Atlassian's Confluence and Jira systems.
- Based on the English source content, manage the localization tasks (German, Spanish, French, Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Japanese) with the Translation Office teams.
- Work with the Marketing Reporting teams to acquire KPI-related metrics (webinar registration, watch-on-demand views, etc.).
Requirements
- Ongoing studies as an active, full-time student at a Hungarian university.
- Currently a student in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Student status for at least the next 1.5 years (3 semesters).
- You are available 20-25 hours per week.
- English language at least at an intermediate level.
- Attention to detail, working in an online environment, and interest (or passion) for technology are required.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content strategy is a plus.
