About the position:
They are at the forefront of innovation, collaborating with industry leaders and helping shape the future of architectural technology. They provide second-tier technical support to the distribution channel and direct support to key clients for Graphisoft products. They have a deep understanding of Graphisoft’s solutions, and they assist service partners and key accounts with product related issues from the technical aspect.
Core Responsibilities:
- Providing product implementation, technical support, at various clients.
- Assigned to key accounts, working close together with them, understanding their workflows, setups, and advising best practices.
- Directly supporting key accounts and take ownership of customer issues through resolution
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve complex customer issues.
- Develop and improve documentation, implementation materials and best practices.
- Lead or participate in consulting projects and investigations.
Requirements:
- High level knowledge of Archicad
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years working experience in a mid/large architectural practice
- BSc degree in architecture, engineering
Desired Skills:
- Work experience as a BIM Manager or BIM Coordinator
- Work experience with BIMcloud
- BIM Author or BIM Manager certification
- Knowledge of computer network
- 5+ years in AEC practise
