The Senior Talent Development Expert is a strategic learning architect responsible for building and scaling professional enablement systems across the Nemetschek Group. This role designs comprehensive learning curricula, assesses organizational development needs, and partners with business leaders and subject matter experts to deliver impactful, multi-modal learning experiences. The position holder drives Group-level employee development initiatives, leads the implementation of a fit-for-purpose Learning Management System, and champions a culture of continuous learning through stakeholder engagement and SME network building.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement global learning strategies, curricula, and development programs aligned with business objectives.
- Build structured learning paths, leadership journeys, and scalable professional enablement frameworks.
- Conduct organizational needs assessments to identify skill gaps and translate business priorities into targeted learning solutions.
- Develop and deliver multi-modal learning solutions (e-learning, microlearning, workshops, webinars, simulations, gamified formats).
- Facilitate engaging training sessions (virtual and in-person) and coach leaders, managers, and internal trainers.
- Build toolkits, playbooks, and practical resources to support development initiatives.
- Lead the end-to-end selection, implementation, and optimization of a Learning Management System (LMS), including RfP processes.
- Own and evolve the learning ecosystem (LMS/LXP, external providers such as LinkedIn Learning), ensuring high-quality, accessible, and well-structured content.
- Curate and maintain learning pathways with strong usability, tagging, and discoverability across functions and regions.
- Partner with business leaders, HRBPs, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to co-create impactful learning solutions.
- Build and manage a global SME network to support and scale learning initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR teams, Talent CoE, and external vendors to ensure integrated talent development solutions.
- Lead change management initiatives, including communication campaigns, stakeholder engagement, and manager enablement.
- Develop compelling narratives and branding to drive awareness, engagement, and adoption of learning programs.
- Define KPIs and success metrics (e.g., adoption, skill development, behavior change, business impact) and track performance.
- Measure program effectiveness using feedback, analytics, and performance data; continuously improve based on insights.
- Leverage people analytics and performance data to inform workforce planning and development priorities.
- Report outcomes, insights, and ROI to senior stakeholders and leadership.
- Drive adoption and effective use of learning technologies across the organization.
- Stay current on learning trends, technologies, and adult learning best practices; introduce innovative approaches (e.g., AI, adaptive learning, social learning).
- Manage multiple global learning initiatives end-to-end, ensuring timely delivery and risk mitigation.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, alignment sessions, and retrospectives across regions and business units.
- Adapt learning strategies and delivery approaches to global, multicultural audiences.
- Support broader talent development initiatives within the global Center of Excellence (CoE).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Science, Educational Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in learning and development within global, corporate environments.
- Proven track record in curriculum design, learning path development, and building scalable enablement frameworks.
- Experience designing programs for technical, product, or knowledge-worker populations in complex organizations.
- Demonstrated experience conducting needs assessments and translating business objectives into learning strategies.
- Experience leading or supporting LMS/LXP selection, implementation, and optimization.
- Hands-on experience with e-learning and instructional design tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Camtasia, Easygenerator).
- Practical experience managing learning platforms, including user management, reporting, and adoption strategies.
- Strong facilitation experience delivering training to diverse, global audiences.
- Experience managing end-to-end learning projects, including stakeholder and change management.
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to link learning initiatives to business outcomes.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in a global, matrixed environment.
- Advanced project and program management capabilities.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Analytical, data-driven mindset.
- Collaborative and adaptable working style in fast-paced environments.

Preferred
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Professional certifications in instructional design or talent development (e.g., CPTD, ATD).
- Experience evaluating program effectiveness using quantitative or qualitative methods.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Learning, Udemy, Coursera and other professional enterprise learning platforms.
- Experience incorporating AI, adaptive learning, or gamification into training programs.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and design-thinking approaches.
