We’re looking for a Senior C++ Engineer who combines strong hands-on development skills with a natural ability to guide technical direction within a squad. In this role, you’ll be a key technical contributor, driving quality, mentoring others, and helping shape how the team builds software. We develop visually impressive mechanical engineering solutions in 2D/3D (MEP). Releasing products on two platforms: Windows and Mac. Our team atmosphere is very supportive, with people helping each other.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software products and services
• Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code, along with automated tests
• Contribute to technical planning and estimations within the squad
• Review code and technical solutions, giving constructive and actionable feedback
• Investigate complex problems and drive solutions, including spikes and research
• Continuously improve development workflows and engineering practices
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality product delivery
• Contribute to technical discussions across teams and the wider engineering community

What we’re looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of professional software development experience, strong, stable C++ knowledge
• Strong programming and debugging skills
• Solid understanding of design patterns and clean code principles
• Experience working in agile environments and delivering in iterations
• Ability to quickly understand and work with complex systems and codebases
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
• Experience with development tools, testing, and QA processes
• Good communication skills, including documentation and knowledge sharing
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Upper-intermediate English (B2+)
