The Global Sales Center of Excellence is built on a 200+ partner channel community that relies on Graphisoft’s Global Sales team to grow their businesses. The Sales Programs Manager is part of the Partner Program team under Sales. This role is responsible for helping the global partner channel grow sales through the development and execution of Sales growth strategies, such as Sales Programs and Enablement for new logo acquisition.

Key tasks, duties and responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales Leaders to evaluate programs that have worked to generate sales growth and identify if they can be tuned for global release and implementation.
  • Work with Sales Leads to build new Sales Programs based on Partner input.
  • Define lead generation and sales achievement targets for all Sales Programs.
  • Develop tracking mechanism for programs progress and outcome.
  • Build partner channel segmentation.
  • Collect input from Partners on skill gaps and work with Sales Enablement to develop training programs to address gaps.
  • Support Sales Enablement with Partner training engagement/participation.
  • Take proactive approach to bring Marketing plans to Sales and create Partner engagement goals for each marketing campaign.
  • Contribute to activities related to Partner Contracts, Price Lists, Deal Management and other supporting activities that make our partner program framework

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales program management, partner/channel development, or related roles.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales programs and initiatives.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track and analyze program performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in developing sales content such as pitches, playbooks, and videos.
  • Experience in lead generation strategies and target setting.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement best practices and training development.
  • Proactive attitude with a focus on driving results and achieving goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools is desirable.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
