About the Role

Product Marketing Managers for our Strategic Cloud Initiatives play a pivotal role in defining the market category for a new generation of AI-enabled tools. They develop compelling messaging, execute go-to-market campaigns, and create sales enablement materials that drive product adoption and business growth. Working closely with Product, Sales, and Global Marketing teams, they ensure our innovative solutions resonate with architects, engineers, and construction professionals worldwide.

This role requires a person passionate about architecture, cloud technology, and marketing, someone who enjoys working in a dynamic, "startup-like" environment within an established enterprise.

 

Responsibilities

  • Market Positioning & Messaging – Develop clear and compelling product positioning for new cloud-based collaboration workflows that highlights our competitive advantages in an open ecosystem.
  • Marketing Strategy & Execution – Plan and implement targeted marketing initiatives to engage multidisciplinary design teams and generate demand for SaaS solutions.
  • Market & Competitive Research – Analyze industry trends (CDE, BIM, AI), customer needs, and competitors to inform product positioning and strategy.
  • Sales Enablement – Create sales tools, pitch decks, battle cards, and content that help our direct sales teams and channel partners communicate product value effectively.
  • Product Launches – Plan and execute global go-to-market strategies for new MVP releases and continuous updates, ensuring successful adoption and user retention.
  • Customer & Market Intelligence – Understand customer buying behaviors, pain points, and decision-making criteria to refine messaging for both end-users and enterprise decision-makers.
  • Content Development – Produce high-quality technical marketing content, including website materials, case studies, whitepapers, and "how-to" workflow videos.
  • Public Speaking & Product Evangelism – Deliver engaging presentations at industry events, conferences, and internal sales meetings to showcase our solutions and evangelize the vision of open collaboration.

 

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the AEC industry (Architecture, Engineering, Construction) and collaborative workflows (BIM, CDE).
  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Marketing for B2B software, preferably with experience in SaaS or cloud-based platforms.
  • Software Skills: Familiarity with Graphisoft solutions (Archicad) is highly preferred. Understanding of OpenBIM standards and competitor solutions is a plus.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, compelling messaging.
  • Collaboration: Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams, sister brands, and external stakeholders.
  • Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel up to 25% for events, meetings, and customer engagement.
