What does a Product Manager Trainee - Server Product do with us?

• Works closely with experienced product managers throughout all stages of the server product lifecycle
• Participates in daily work with development and operations teams, supporting the development of modern SaaS solutions
• Contributes to product planning, launch, and support tasks, and makes suggestions for product improvements
• Helps process and analyze market demands and user feedback, and forwards the insights to the relevant teams
• Documents product development and support processes, helping to ensure project transparency
• Actively participates in communication and coordination between teams, as well as in daily operational tasks

We're looking for you if:

• You are a full-time student in IT, engineering, or economics, and you have at least 3–5 semesters remaining
• You speak English at least at an intermediate level
• You are passionate about modern technologies, cloud-based (SaaS) server products, and digital innovation
• You have good communication skills and enjoy working in a team
• You are open to learning new technologies and methods
• You can commit to working at least 20 hours per week and are motivated to grow professionally

It’s a big plus if you:

• Already have experience in development projects, product support, or IT system operations
• Are familiar with server or cloud technologies (e.g. Linux, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, Azure)
• Are interested in how SaaS products work, user experience, and the go-to-market process
• Have basic knowledge of project management or agile methodologies (e.g. JIRA, Confluence)
