What You’ll Drive
- Own the end‑to‑end innovation pipeline for AI/ML and intelligent automation—from ideation to enterprise rollout.
- Link innovation to enterprise strategy, ensuring every initiative aligns with modern IT architecture and long‑term business value.
- Define reference architectures, patterns, and guardrails for agentic AI systems, autonomous workflows, and cognitive platforms.
- Lead prototypes, PoCs, and MVP builds, ensuring performance, resilience, safety, and compliance at every stage.
- Continuously scout and evaluate emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platform capabilities.
- Collaborate across IT, AI engineering, data, security, and business domains to accelerate delivery and remove friction.
- Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks, ensuring secure and scalable adoption of advanced AI capabilities.
What You Bring
- A strong foundation in enterprise & solution architecture, with the ability to design for scale, resilience, and interoperability.
- Deep hands‑on understanding of modern AI: agentic systems, LLMs, RAG, vector databases, multimodal models, and orchestration frameworks.
- Expertise in cloud-native engineering (Azure/GCP), APIs, microservices, containerization, and MLOps/LLMOps practices.
- The ability to communicate complex AI architectures with clarity, from C‑level strategic discussions to engineering‑level detail.
- Proven leadership in cross‑functional, global environments, driving alignment and delivering results.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 10+ years in technical roles (architecture, engineering, or technology leadership).
- 5+ years in management or lead roles.
- Demonstrated experience designing and deploying real-world AI systems.
- Strong grasp of AI governance, security, risk management, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Full professional fluency in English
