Responsibilities – Marketing Trainee (Marketing Operations & Coordination Support)

  • Support day-to-day marketing operations and administrative processes to ensure smooth collaboration across the marketing organization
  • Assist with vendor management processes, including supplier onboarding, purchase order creation, and coordination with internal stakeholders
  • Support budget and procurement-related workflows by preparing, tracking, and maintaining relevant information
  • Organize, maintain, and update marketing documentation, files, and knowledge resources across internal platforms
  • Support the maintenance of marketing databases, reports, and internal systems by ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
  • Assist with data entry, quality checks, and process documentation to improve operational efficiency
  • Provide coordination support for strategic marketing initiatives and transformation projects
  • Learn and apply company policies, procedures, tools, and administrative workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, structure information, and increase team efficiency over time
  • Gradually take ownership of dedicated operational tasks and smaller projects as experience grows

Requirements

  • Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field
  • Ideally at least 2–3 semesters remaining to allow long-term collaboration and development
  • Availability of approximately 20 hours per week (flexible around university schedule)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Sharepoint); experience with collaboration tools is a plus
  • Interest in marketing operations, business processes, project coordination and digital tools
  • Proactive mindset with curiosity, willingness to learn, and ownership mentality
  • Fluent English skills
