Job Overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic, tech-savvy Marketing Automation Trainee to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience with industry-leading marketing automation tools and strategies, playing a key part in driving personalized and data-driven customer experiences. You’ll have the opportunity to work on real projects that directly impact our customer journey and enhance your skills in marketing technology.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and optimizing marketing automation campaigns, from email workflows to customer journey setup.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to analyze and improve campaign performance metrics.
- Support the integration of customer data across various digital platforms for a seamless user experience.
- Help maintain and update web assets using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build marketing reports to track key performance indicators.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing studies in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field at a Hungarian university.
- At least two semesters remaining before graduation.
- Availability to work a minimum of 20 hours per week.
- Strong command of English.
- Demonstrated interest in marketing technology and automation.
- Eager to learn how to leverage data for marketing decision-making.
- Precise and thorough in managing campaign details and data accuracy.
- Able to think critically to troubleshoot issues and propose solutions.
- Willing to collaborate with diverse teams and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills and Experience
- Marketing Automation Tools: Familiarity with platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, or similar tools is a significant advantage.
- Web Development Skills: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to help with website updates and email template customization.
- Advanced Excel Proficiency: Strong skills in Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, and advanced functions is a huge plus.
