About the position

As a Knowledge Management Trainee at Graphisoft, you will support the organization in making knowledge easy to access, use, and share. You’ll contribute to both internal knowledge management practices and customer-facing content such as FAQs and guides. This role is ideal for someone who has excellent English, enjoys creating content, and is enthusiastic about improving user experience.

Core responsibilities

  • Organize, curate, and maintain internal knowledge repositories.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of customer-facing content (FAQs, guides, help articles).
  • Support knowledge-sharing frameworks and process improvements across teams.
  • Ensure alignment with global content standards and style guidelines.
  • Assist in monitoring and updating knowledge resources based on feedback and usage.

Requirements

  • Ongoing studies in architecture (or a related field) at a Hungarian university, with at least 3 semesters remaining.
  • Available to work a minimum of 20–25 hours per week.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
  • Strong interest in content creation and knowledge sharing.

Desired skills

  • Familiarity with Archicad or the AEC industry.
  • Experience with content management systems or knowledge platforms.
  • Analytical skills for interpreting feedback and suggesting improvements.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
