We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving the growth of our existing accounts by engaging with customers through various channels to secure renewals, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities. If you excel in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer solutions, we invite you to apply. This position will report to the Sales Director in Hungary.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively engage with customers through outbound calls, emails, and other channels to drive renewals, up-sell, and cross-sell opportunities.
  • Understand and address customer needs, positioning our solutions as the best fit to resolve their challenges and drive their business forward.
  • Manage the entire sales process from pre-sales to post-sales, ensuring seamless documentation and pipeline management.
  • Generate leads through active calling, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
  • Analyze current and historical data to forecast future sales trends and revenues.
  • Work with the Cross-Brand Team to position Nemetschek solutions effectively.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant sales experience, including prospecting, lead generation, negotiation, and handling objections.
  • Proven ability to forecast sales, manage pipelines, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills both in English and Hungarian.
  • Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
  • Experience with Salesforce and subscription sales for a software vendor is a plus.
