About the position:
We are looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide first-line technical assistance and maintenance across our organization’s IT environment. You will act as the single point of contact for end users, ensuring fast, reliable, and high-quality support both remotely and in person. This role involves diagnosing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a wide range of hardware, software, and IT systems to ensure an optimal working environment for our global team.
Core responsibilities:
- Provide on-site support in the Budapest office and remote assistance to colleagues worldwide, in both English and Hungarian
- Deliver end-user support for PCs, Macs, mobile devices (iOS and Android), printers, scanners, and video conferencing systems
- Support collaboration platforms and promote effective use of tools such as Miro, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint Online
- Perform system administration tasks, including managing Active Directory, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365
- Provide application support for Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Handle incident and service request tickets, ensuring accurate categorization, documentation, and timely resolution
- Keep users updated on ticket progress and meet defined SLA targets
- Maintain up-to-date user guides, FAQs, and process documentation
- Manage hardware assets and lifecycle processes
- Assist with basic network troubleshooting (DNS, DHCP, IP)
- Stay informed about emerging technologies and recommend improvements
Requirements:
- 2+ years end-user support experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hungarian are required
- Certificate specialized in IT
- Fast turn around of customer requests is required
- Team-player, who also takes ownership and accountability
- Motivated in helping others
