We’re looking for a strategic HR Business Partner to join our team and drive business success through innovative HR solutions. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with leadership and managers to align people strategies with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic HR advisor to brand business leaders, supporting brand functions in achieving their goals.
- Lead the development and execution of HR strategies aligned with brand business objectives.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, forecasting, and organizational priorities.
- Regularly review and monitor KPIs to ensure HR initiatives drive business performance.
- Oversee organizational design, ensuring structures support business strategy.
- Manage reorganizations and restructurings, providing guidance on change management.
- Lead culture development initiatives to foster engagement and alignment with company values.
- Support and facilitate leadership development programs.
- Participate in designing and implementing career path frameworks to support employee growth.
- Lead talent management processes, including succession planning and talent reviews.
- Oversee internal talent movements and manage executive recruitment and onboarding as appropriate.
- Administer employee engagement surveys and develop action plans based on results.
- Manage complex employee relations issues, providing guidance to leaders and employees.
- Drive HR development initiatives to enhance employee experience and support retention.
- Coordinate with trade unions, works councils, and employee representatives to maintain positive labor relations.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and collective agreements.
- Advise management on labor relations strategies and employee relations matters
Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or similar HR role
- Strong knowledge of organizational design, talent management, and labor relations
- Experience managing reorganizations, culture change, and leadership development
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
- In-depth understanding of labor law and compliance requirements
- Ability to partner with senior leaders and drive strategic HR initiatives
