Global Talent Management & Development Principal
We are seeking a senior, enterprise-level talent expert to shape and advance Nemetschek Group’s global talent, leadership, and culture agenda. This role combines strategic design with hands-on execution, partnering closely with senior business leaders and HR Business Partners to build a high-performing, future-ready, AI-native organization in a fast-evolving technology environment.
Enterprise Talent Strategy & Workforce Planning
- Shape and advance the enterprise talent management strategy, contributing to the design and implementation of integrated approaches across performance management, succession planning, career architecture, skills frameworks, and talent reviews.
- Partner with one of the main divisions of Nemetschek Group, Design Division to conduct organizational diagnostics and support strategic workforce and talent planning across regions and business units, translating business priorities into actionable leadership and capability plans.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and HRBPs on key talent topics, including onboarding, performance management, succession, leadership readiness, career management, and internal mobility.
- Contribute to global transformation initiatives, driving alignment and execution in a complex, matrixed environment.
Talent Systems, Data & Insights
- Develop and embed measurement frameworks, KPIs, and analytics approaches to assess organizational health, talent outcomes, and program effectiveness.
- Generate actionable insights from talent data to inform performance calibration, succession planning, leadership bench strength, and development investments.
- Partner with People Analytics, HR Technology, and L&D to co-create dashboards, 9-box models, succession heatmaps, and leadership insights that support decision-making.
- Contribute to the evolution of an integrated talent technology ecosystem, ensuring alignment across performance, succession, career, learning, and analytics systems.
Leadership Development & Talent Practices
- Design and continuously enhance leadership development offerings across levels, combining programs, coaching, mentoring, and digital learning for a tech- and AI-enabled organization; actively facilitate workshops and sessions to embed talent and business strategy.
- Define success profiles for critical roles and support successor development through targeted plans, stretch assignments, and cross-functional experiences.
- Build and Advance performance management practices toward a high-performance culture with more continuous, development-focused approaches that strengthen accountability and coaching quality.
- Support the implementation of global competency frameworks, skill taxonomies, and career architectures, ensuring usability and adoption.
Culture, Engagement & Employee Experience
- Contribute to the enterprise-level engagement and culture agenda, including building employee listening strategies and driving action planning to strengthen organizational health, trust, and belonging.
- Design and execute global employee listening programs (engagement, pulse, onboarding, exit), including insight synthesis and reporting.
- Help evolve employee voice mechanisms, ensuring feedback is translated into actionable insights and embedded into decision-making.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate feedback into measurable culture and engagement initiatives.
EVP, Leadership Principles & Employer Positioning
- Contribute to the development and refinement of the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), informed by employee insights, benchmarking, and business strategy.
- Support EVP activation in partnership with Talent Acquisition, HRBPs, Reward, and Communications to ensure consistency across the employee experience.
- Support the formulization, articulation and embedding of company values and leadership principles into talent and people practices.
Governance, Capability Building & Impact
- Actively drive the development of a newly building Talent Management architecture, establishing standards, frameworks, and best practices across talent management and leadership development.
- Act as a strategic partner to business leaders and HRBPs on talent and organizational effectiveness solutions.
- Bring external perspective and innovation into talent practices, including skills-based approaches, internal mobility, and AI-enabled solutions.
- Support capability building within HR and talent teams through mentoring, knowledge sharing, tools, and guidance.
- Build and embed data-driven talent practices, leveraging analytics and insights to drive decision-making, measure impact, and manage risk.
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in HR, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or related field; advanced certifications or PhD are a plus.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Talent Management or Organizational Development in global, matrixed organizations.
- Proven success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Deep expertise in core talent frameworks and organizational diagnostics linked to business strategy.
- Strong strategic thinking and consulting skills, with the ability to translate complexity into actionable solutions.
- Excellent executive presence and stakeholder management, with experience influencing senior leadership.
- Advanced knowledge of people analytics, HR technologies (e.g., Workday, SAP/SuccessFactors), and data-driven decision-making.
- Global mindset with experience in diverse environments; ideally within tech or high-growth organizations.
- Strong program management, innovation mindset, and ability to navigate ambiguity and complexity.
- Fluent in English, comfortable holding workshops and trainings to native English speakers as well
