About the position:
We are looking for a Global Order Management Coordinator to provide comprehensive support for sales activities across partners, subsidiaries, and direct sales. In this role, you will ensure accurate and timely order fulfilment, management of licenses, and system data integrity, while collaborating closely with Sales, IT, and other internal teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Respond to partner and subsidiary inquiries, both verbal and written, via ticketing system, providing timely and professional support
- Provide partner support related to order processing and ordering system handling in compliance with company policies
- Place and process orders in ERP/CRM systems
- Manage license data within ERP/CRM systems
- Support invoicing and refund processes through data preparation and verification
- Provide feedback and suggestions on system usability
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new product and system launches
Requirements:
- College or university degree
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (C1 or higher)
- German, French or Spanish language knowledge is an advantage
- Experience with ERP/CRM systems
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with ticketing system
- Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Process-driven with an analytical mindset
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to escalate issues when necessary
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a similar support role is a plus
