About the Role

We are seeking for a Financial Systems Expert (OneStream) to join our Finance and Operations team. This role perfectly combines deep technical expertise with a strong understanding of financial processes to enhance, maintain, and evolve our OneStream platform in a dynamic, global environment. You will help shape our financial planning and reporting landscape by supporting harmonized processes, enabling finance users, and contributing to practical digital and AI‑supported improvements

Key Responsibilities

  • Platform Ownership & Enhancement: Maintain and continuously improve the OneStream platform, focusing on financial reporting, planning, and analysis capabilities.
  • FP&A Enablement: Translate business requirements into robust system solutions supporting budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and reporting processes.
  • Reporting & Dashboards: Design and optimize CubeViews, interactive dashboards, and global reporting structures.
  • Digital Innovation & AI Support: Support finance users in identifying and exploring practical AI use cases to simplify recurring activities and enhance access to insights.
  • System Development & Governance: Configure and extend CPM functionalities using business rules and scripting (e.g., .NET).
  • Testing & Governance: Ensure high-quality deployments through thorough testing and internal controls.
  • Data & Change Management: Maintain data integrity, hierarchies, and master data structures while tracking work transparently in Jira.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5–10 years of relevant professional experience in financial systems / CPM / EPM environments.
  • Platform Expertise: Hands-on technical experience with OneStream, HFM, or comparable platforms (configuration, development, administration).
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in, Information Systems, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical mindset, structured problem-solving, and a rule-based development/ scripting background (e.g., .NET).
  • Languages: Fluent in Business English with strong communication skills for finance and IT collaboration

Nice to Have

  • Exposure to IFRS concepts (e.g., IFRS 15, IFRS 16).
  • Experience with system integrations, APIs, or ETL processes.
  • Experience with ERP environments or large-scale finance transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to AI-supported analytics, automation, or copilots in finance or enterprise systems.
