Responsibilities:

  • Respond to Customer inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional support
  • Place and process Customer orders in ERP/CRM systems
  • Manage the invoicing and refund process
  • Handle and monitor incoming Customer payments
  • Provide support to Partners regarding order processing and use of the ordering system, in line with company policies
  • Report process or system-related issues to IT/HQ for resolution via ticketing system
  • Maintain and update Customer and License data in ERP/CRM systems
  • Preparation of monthly sales reports

Qualifications and Skills:

  • College or university degree
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal (C1 or higher)
  • Experience with ERP/CRM systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Experience with ticketing system
  • Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Process-driven with an analytical mindset
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to escalate issues when necessary
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
  • Prior experience in a similar support role is a plus
