Graphisoft is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Data & Insights Manager to join our Sales Operations team. As a Customer Data & Insights Manager, you will be responsible for consolidating and managing our customer data systems to ensure centralized data ownership and deliver actionable customer insights. This role directly supports our sales strategies, enhances decision-making, and improves customer engagement through data-driven initiatives. The role reports to the VP of Sales Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a customer-centric data strategy focused on enhancing business outcomes.
  • Establish and manage centralized customer data processes, ensuring data quality, consistency, security, and compliance.
  • Coordinate cross-functional data management efforts, including data governance, metadata management, and CRM consolidation.
  • Deliver actionable insights by analyzing customer data to support strategic sales and business objectives.
  • Lead initiatives to optimize existing data processes and systems, driving continuous improvement in data operations.
  • Collaborate across departments to implement effective data integration and reporting solutions.
  • Provide strategic data reporting and analysis to enhance customer segmentation, forecasting accuracy, and sales performance.
  • Champion a data-driven culture through ongoing training, education, and support to teams.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced degree (MBA, Master's) preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in data management, analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven track record in managing customer data systems and delivering actionable insights.
  • Experience in sales operations or in a similar environment is a plus.
  • Proficiency in data management tools and software (e.g., CRM systems, SQL, data visualization tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Knowledge of data governance, metadata management, and data security practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage projects.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive a data-driven culture within the organization.
  • Understanding of sales strategies and business objectives.
  • Ability to provide strategic data reporting and analysis.
